I'm off to have some sushi now after that vid! I'm learning lots of kids, they like to eat really simply. At first I was a little scared to let my son eat so simple, but he's so healthy and after seeing these little ones it makes me feel so much better about plain simple raw foods for kids.

I love your posts, for a simple reason. I think we can learn from children more than they can learn from us. they have clean bodies and they follow their instinct. What they find tasty should be good for us adults.
