its really sad the neversoft took over on the guitar hero franchise and it just seems so played out right now, i recently bought rock band 1 and 2 and i am so much more impressed with the presentation with the entire game than with any guitar hero game past 2. the sad truth is that they have to keep pushing out guitar hero games cause they dont have good dlc, the only reason that there are only 2 rock band games is the the experience is ever changing with dlc and great game play.
No, they just put out new games because they make more money off of it.. You get to choose you just get it all even if you dont want it. For me, I payed $60 for world tour to get 5 songs and play on a sloppy garbage engine that they continue to use for 1000 different gh games and realize that even though I like the songs it was not fun. With dlc however I would have spent mabye $20 on the 5 songs and realized it was garbage.

besides have u ever tried to play singer career on expert mode. I'm a pretty good singer and i get mostly 100 percent on all rock band 2 songs, but when i play guitar hero world tour, i haven't got a single one over 90% and my percent range is 75-80 on most of the songs. Either guitar hero is messed up or rock band's vocals are too forgivin and i'm pretty sure it's the former

besides have u ever tried to play singer career on expert mode. I'm a pretty good singer and i get mostly 100 percent on all rock band 2 songs, but when i play guitar hero world tour, i haven't got a single one over 90% and my percent range is 75-80 on most of the songs. Either guitar hero is messed up or rock band's vocals are too forgivin and i'm pretty sure it's the former

ALSO PUT ON BLUES TRAVELER i am tired of them gettin excluded because no one knows them. These bands have killer guitar, bass, and drum parts. Jam bands r awesome. I want a guitar hero game that actually makes the guitar part fun not just a series of chords, and that's what they're doin with most of the songs on this list. I rather buy Rock Band: The Beatles because at least i know i'll have fun with that because the beatles r awesome.

Shit song list?!? Did you even bother to read the bands that will be in this game? Iron Maiden, Thin Lizzy, Thrice, Elton John, Wolfmother, Weezer, Muse, Sublime, Stevie Wonder, Santana, The Rolling Stones, Rush, Beck, A Perfect Circle, Etc. I could go on about how these bands are some of the biggest names of their genres, but I think you get the idea. There's enough different rock styles here to satisfy even the most picky person. How the hell can you call that shit?

I won't call it shit, i mean there's 5 maybe 10 songs i would play on there, but that's not enough to make me want to buy the game. Just because they put new gameplay features into the game they think they can throw this poor excuse for a set list at us. They r pushin this game more towards people who listen to newer (crappy) music and not carin about the people who have been playin this since the beginning. avatars do resemble real people if you think just because you dont have a sim ps3 home thing dosn't mean an avatar can't look like you. all 3 constole have these stupid gimmicks the avatars,mii, and sim home things are gimmicks anyways so who cares. people who argue over this shit are probably the people in home buying digital clothing and digital furniture. get a life its a feature that is fun with groups plus is just a peice of shit feature.
