Yeah, I only ever did this when I FIRST started making lobster tails. After a little experience, you quickly realize how ineffective and cumbersome this method is.

don't ever do what she just did. don't boil a beautiful fucking tail like that. that's terrible. crack that shells open, pull the meat out soak it in some butter, lemon, and a little salt and throw the fucker on a grill. no one cares if it curls. don't ever ever ever boil a lobster tail. thats embarrassing.
