Please check your post sizes (we offer 3 kinds of sizes, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm), if the post sizes match(most of cars do), it's ok to install.

Does the leather match with any type or can i install them in my factory headrest?

There are 3 colors of headrest, black, dark gray, beige, you could say these match most of the cars....if you want to install them in your factory headrest, it's possible, changing the leather is optional. welcome to discuss further in details. :)
