When the early Muslims attacked other Arab tribes, they would kill all the men, if they never accepted Islam, and enslave all the Women and Children. When the early Muslims attacked other Arab tribes, they would kill all the men, if they never accepted Islam, and enslave all the Women and Children. In an Islamic state which followed Shariah entirely, Slavery would be legal.

He said "Feed them what you eat yourself and clothe them with what you wear" and "They are God's people like unto you and be kind unto them". its not slavery as it was with blacks, its more of a modern day butler-esque idea. They get fed and a place to sleep and they clean and help you when needed.

The last sentence of 24:33 also excludes any form of rape as well as: Qu'ran 4:19 "O ye who believe! Ye are forbidden to inherit women against their will. Nor should ye treat them with harshness, that ye may Take away part."
The Bible does specifically condone rape however in Deuteronomy 22:28-29 and Isaiah 13:15-16

Yes marriage of slave women is allowed because unlike Western slavery past and PRESENT slaves are considered human. The Qu'ran recommends marrying slave women instead of non-believers because a slave woman who is Muslim is better than someone like you. @JUDALATION There are rules in Islam for dealing with slaves. These rules also exist in the Jewish Tanakh and the Christian New Testament. Muslims in Middle Eastern and East African countries still practice it today because they still live according to that ancient tradition. but there are those who do not abide by the rules set in place. When they do this, they are not following the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad.
