  • we need more of this lessons please , very helpful

  • Tell people that BB King is playing the ( mixylodian )scale on leads.

  • @lucky51762 ummm no

  • @missystu you really don't have a clue bb was doing all this great phrasing when your great virtuoso players were in nappies or not even born he inspired those great players because his music touches your soul he obviously didn't have access to you tube!! Spoilt little rich kid

  • You simplify things!!!

  • Love it. Another great little lesson.

    Thanks yet again.

  • Good video, good explanation. Thank you.

  • Nice tone man, its very juicy

  • You are WAY over-reacting. People have different opinions. I presented you with facts. As a fan, you are doing him more harm than good. You sound like a 3 yr old with a temper tantrum.

  • What kind of tamborine do you play? I'll bet you're good at it. Still taking triangle lessons?

  • You just discribed BB King. I hate that stupid jerk. Clapton feels sorry for him.

  • VERY good video:D PLEASE now write here how you get that amazing sound/tone!!:D

  • i cant find where to download the track

  • He's a lucky player in the right place at the right time. A "GREAT" player has versatility and knows his craft well....such as yourself. BB is a "one-trick-pony" as the saying goes. I would give anything to have your knowlege and talent. I can already do what BB king does and consider myself a musical illiterate.

  • @missystu yeah but you can't really gauge talent on the ability to play chords. B.B. has an incredible voice, and his playing has influenced millions of guitar players. He really brought the Chicago electric blues scene to the masses, more than any other artist. So you're right he doesn't play chords, but that doesn't take away from the fact that he's a great player!

  • @missystu Come on man, I honestly can't even believe you would come to a video like this and say something so ignorant. Its called "phrasing" and that is where BB makes up for his lack of theory. Get with it kid!

  • @missystu Please, PLEASE just never speak again. BB king is an innovator, and playing chords means nothing! infact it's much much much easier to play chords that are similar than individual notes spread across the neck. Ask any famous guitarist what they think of bb king and your opinion will get shit on. Usually i let people think what they please, but you are an a whole new level of ignorance/arrogance/stupidity/lack of knowledge.

  • @missystu LoL man :P are you really dumb, or just wanting to get some attention? :P

  • Great Clapton style vibrato! Even though that's not this lesson... I picked up on that!

  • Good Vibrato = $100

    Good bending = $200

Good vibrato while bending = $500

Knowing WHEN to bend, HOW to vibrato, AND... incorporate them both within a phrase at exactly the right time = PRICELESS!

....but it sounds like you know all this. :-) BTW...... GREAT.... lesson!

  • could you tell me please what to dial in to get that tone? sounds great

  • Awesome playing and teaching thank you.

  • Great lesson in the style of bb king. but seriously, you need to expand on this. As good and as educational as this lesson is, it leaves me thirsting for more. Would love for you to show more bb style phrasing over the iv chord and the turnaround. Would also like to see you go through the full twelve bars. thanks and keep posting.

  • @KARLIJIM The point is to go to his website, and PAY for the whole lesson. This man's time isn't free....

  • You're lessons are fantastic, you are very patient and slow paced, which makes for the best teaching. I would love a lesson on vibrato as well!

    Gavin

  • I like to do a vibrato just kinda wiggling my finger(s) left to right. Which creates a very quick vibrato.

  • Please, tell us you gear and settings. Thank you

  • so the b.b. king box in b would look like

    e 12 14

    b 12 14

    g 13

    correct?

  • La migliore lezione su YT. Bravissimo

  • I would be very interested in the different ways to vibrato.

  • Nice lesson! thanks for taking the time and not rushing though it.
