I am smiling too. If you read the law it will tell you that only persons registered for VAT i.e big business £68,000 turnover+ are eligable to pay VAT, not normal people like you and me. The reason you pay VAT is because you are a fucking idiot that cant read or defend yourself.
What are you talking about? If you are a business that runs over more than 68 thousand you have to charge VAT to your customers. Which normal poeple like you and me have to pay.
@ukipmedia yes 'we have to pay', that is the genius of the scam. The manufacturers get their VAT refunded when the item is sold, the consumers do not get refunded. Their is no law that says a consumer must pay VAT - look it up - Value Added Tax Act 1994. I have just taken this issue to court.
"Sadly its illegal under EU law, you probably don't want to know that, but thats the case"
What a load of bullshit. EU law is not enforcable. That has been proven by the illegal dentention and deportation of an EU citizen who is a Dutch MP coming to visit British parliament.
If the EU law was so strong then they would not have been allowed to stop him entering the UK under EU law.
The real reason they would not want to take taxes of Gas and electricity because its the biggest money maker.
He does have a point. We submitted ourselves into the EU Law therefore are bound to it. An example of such would be Anti-Terrorism Crime and Security Act was deemed illegal as it opted out of the Habeus Corpus clause of the HRA conflicted with the European Convention Human Rights therefore ATCSA was deemed illegal.
I understand that, but in reality it is up to each state to enforce EU law so if the Governmnet does not enforce it, it will not apply nor effect anyone.
Look at the DNA database they have where they even found details of a child under 5 years old. The Governmnet have created a a database of every child in the UK and thier details. illegal under EU law but they get away with it, unless another EU country will be willing to send thier polce, army to enforce EU law.
Actually- in some cases, states are allowed to choose the means of enforcement, but are nevertheless obliged to achieve a particular result. They cannot choose to opt out entirely once the date for implementation of a directive has passed.
Actually they can choose to opt out as is the case for the 48 hour working week which the UK has opted out of and another EU country which has opted out from the EU charter.
Man, this needs to autotuned and turned into a techno remix.

I'm afraid that Osborne is right, and EU law is in fact directly binding on all member states.

This video has not been viewed nearly as many times as it should have been.
Upload it again under another name or something, we need the message to get out faster.

I think they don't even try to hide it any more. They are at the phase of letting people know who the boss is.
We don't have a democracy any more.
