The wedding planner is infact a stupid, stupid, stupid, I mean. STUPID! Idea! I have been working, as a waiter, on severel weddings. The wedding planner doesen't do a shit. Mabye the wedding planner is the first persons that talks to the bride and the grom when the are planning the wedding. But on the actuall wedding day... He or she can just FUCK OFF!

I love JP. He's obviously great at his job but it's so easy to pick on him lol. I saw some show where Ramsay was picking out sheep to raise a eventually slaughter. He picked out the male stud and named him after JP. That whole bit was freakin hilarious, and now every time I see the guy I can't help thinking about the lamb showing his teeth to the Ewes to try and impress them. lol
After seeing the Red Team's joke of the wasted duck entree, I understand why Melissa spoke tried to skip the taste-test of their entree ... it genuinely wasn't presentable. But in Hell Kitchen's world, she contradicted and embarrassed Ramsey (along with herself & team) in front of the bridge & groom,
Though I wondered if that scene was 'staged' ... why the hell would a bridge&groom proceed with a reception at Hell's Kitchen after that unprofessional presentation?!?
Because the kitchen when it doesn't screw up provides high class high quality meals. Foie Gras, Beef Wellington's, Kobe Beef. All fresh ingrediants all costly ingrediants for free. The three winning meals were obviously very tasty and presentable. Plus lots of expensive wines. Also a free wedding reception/dinner, honeymoon. Tens of thousands of dollars worth at the very least.
The answer is because they would have signed a contract... simple, they would have been sued by the show if they had pulled out. This isn't your average wedding this is a multi-million dollar tv show, this stuff is planned months in advance.

I just love the twists with this season. JP's comments are priceless! And in a weird way, Ramsey is really classy guy in the way he dealt with the bride and groom. The contestants had no clues.

It was always going to happen (ie an episode without elimination) because he eliminated someone in the same episode that Aaron was kicked out of. And they can't shorten the series by an episode.
Then bit with Gord telling Mellissa off were not shown in the Us version so glad to see it in this one, also Jp's rant about the wedding planner..lol me personally I think they would both make a perfect couple :D.
