-yes, naxx was 40 man

-it can't be lv80, at least I couldn't play WotlK 2 years befor release...

-the dmg could be better, it was done with the high warlords recurve bow due to its ultra high attack speed. four horseman bow was way better in terms of damage.

Old school naxx is the end game raid instance in pre tbc, just like sunwell in tbc and LK will be in wotlk. The reason its called old school now is that blizzard moved the naxx raid to northrend and made it a lvl 80 25man instance.
