You should have your mini chasms lead into real corruption chasms, meaning that there is nothing at the bottom of yours, but if you fall down one, you drop into an actual chasm.

you should add some ores inside each island to give off a realistic feeling to when you walk on it you can see the ores like some small gold ore patches and iron and alot of copper because you find that alot
