yes, Johnny Ohm is an imperfect. he was a villain made for the game, along with the Wink, Fault Zone, Solara, Hazmat, Brigade, Paragon, & Niles Van Roekel, who fought in a battle suit. also paragon was actually being controlled by van roekel until she escaped

If it were an actual comic fight, I'd put my money on Ohm, seeing as Wolverine's entire skeleton is a huge conductor for electricity.

In the game though? I'd still put my money on Ohm, if you're not fighting a low difficulty computer. Spamming projectiles and throwing cars trumps Wolverine in Marvel Nemesis
