Of course he wins. Brian is 10X stronger than the best crossfit, kettlebell person in the world. He clean and pressed a 400lb axle for three reps with a ton of power. The guy did just under a 2300lb total in his first Powerlifting contest (old school USPF)
i guess it is 60kg but it doesnt look that big...honestly i thought i was 60lb at first but i reckon he's just so big he makes it look that small lol. i could do 100lbs a few times one handed but i dont think i could do 60kg even once and if i could it would only be once lol.
wow, impressive stuff. compared to the other guys his technique is shoddy yet he throws out a load reps with pure muscle strength. What a genetic freak
This guy can pick up a 5 stones ranging from 110-175kg in 22 seconds and he actually looked like he had difficulty cleaning the bell. Its kettlebells all the way for me i think from now on
But then he probably haven't got his strength from kettlebell training only, or even to a big extent I would assume, so.. (Not that I know anything about the later.)
They may be fun, they may be decent training, but I doubt it's optimal to only do it.
thats my point, this guy trains a hell of a lot, with a hell of a lot, but the kettlebell seemed difficult to a guy as strong as him. Thats why i like KB's, they can test even the strongest guys. I do agree however that one type of training isnt the answer, but KBs form a very good base to your personal training.
Yea, and we should all squat 900, bench 600, and deadlift 900 raw, lift 130 pound kettles for perfect reps, run a 4.2 - 40 yrd dash, have a 30" vertical, and have 5%body fat. Too bad we can't be the best at every exercise; dang.
Is there a time limit, or do they just lift until failure? Thanks.

I am sure that dude is strong as hell, but is form is awful. I bet he's a powerlifter not a kettlebell user.

Yup. With better form he could easily get 10 more reps.
