@nijebad yea you can. I haven't used windows in like 3 years so I don't remember how it worked but I know that you can add the music and then save the video, and then load up the video you just saved in windows movie maker and add voice.

@GuyNamedThat did you put the voice in the right place? Maybe the voice volume is just too low. I really don't know. If nothing works, you can record over the video you have already with a screen recorder and narrate while it is recording if you have a mic.

uhhh, I can;t be exactly sure because there are several problems that might interfere, but here are the solutions I can think of

1: turn up the volume of the computer when you play them

2:maybe you were too far away from the camera when you recorded it and you can barely hear it

3:if there if a "not record sound" option on it, turn it off

4: when you upload the videos, turn up the sound of the VIDEOS itself.

5:if one of those aren't the problem, it MAY be a virus or glitch.
