@MillyVanillification Are you insulting my name? The names I use in all my demos are either real colleagues who don't mind or on the official list of names we're allowed to use in Microsoft demos.
Excellent pronunciation, understandable. I would like to have a more didactic example, step by step, I have a business and I would like to implement forms able to calculate money totals
Is there a way to put a restriction to the infopath forms for certain options?
Fro example im making a timesheet, and want to have a checkbox for the manager only to be able to approve it.
I dont want any user to be allowed to check that box except for the manager. PS:how do you create a three step workflow to send an email automatically to a users manager when they submit a timesheet? then when manager approves, it comes to the HR site on sharepoint?
@TheKiamm InfoPath doesn't really handle date calculations. The easiest workaround is to connect the form to an Excel Services spreadsheet via web services. Send the date to Excel, do a subtraction from today's date and then read the number back into InfoPath
Very useful, thanks.
