i am sorry but i must comment on this. this is a great tutorial but i have issues. you are teaching people to make a tossing motion when executing the primary sleight. this is wrong. the coin hand must remain as still as possible to simulate the illusion.

Yes, the one of the torn and restored card, you do it with a signed card, and with fire you restored it. The elastic bands I do´n´t know how to stick them to the card, and I don´t know also how to stick them to the elbow, the effect is really incredible but I don´t know how to join all the changes in the routine. I am spanish and my english isn´t as well as I wish so my way of writting may be can be difficult to explain me well

@JCG92 i agree. he moves his hand way too much, and he doesnt even catch it while its going up...and from side to side it just looks like its flopping out of his hand rather than shooting quickly across. if you are going to teach something. at least be semi decent at it...

another thing that bothers me is that to get the coin back to the other hand you REWIND the video, why dont you just muscle pass it back...

my pass is 2 feet high without hand movement and its been only 1.5 years

Although I agree that yes many people come on here just to look at how tricks are done and it's a little disheartening.. at the same time I also love being able to use some of the knowledge and techniques on videos like these for my performances when I'm doing magic for people. He is ruining nothing. If not him then someone else. There are millions of tricks out there and variations. Be creative. Creativity is what makes magic. If these videos are hurting your show then you need to step it up.

Selling on a dvd is not the same as exposing on tv or the internet, because people have to pay for it. That is the big difference with a book or dvd on magic and the masked magician or Youtube exposure. The fact that people have to pay for it makes the difference.

Yes everyone has the right to learn it. But there needs to be a level of effort. I have had to study and practice a lot over many years to get to learn certain secrets (and still do). It is very different than tossing it at them as you are doing here. I am a magician and I still believe magic is about secrets.

@magicator If you want a level of effort that's fine, it has nothing to do with teaching it and others to learn it. Many magicians teach this and like I specified in my website the terms of use, if anybody navigates around my videos is because you agree with the terms of use. Magic is about secrets for selfish people that don't want to help others, not for me. I am not in contribution to keep fooling people anymore. If magic is about secret then tell magic stores not to sell them.

If you want to help others and share your secrets with other magicians that is perfectly fine. The problem with exposure on Youtube is that a lot of laypeople who have no interest in learning magic come here just to find how it's done. They just want to know the secret. And I can tell you this hurts people like me who are doing this for living. When a magician does not fool, there really is no interest. I wonder if you are aware of the damage you are doing.

The difference between exposure by the masked magician or yourself here on Youtube and a book or dvd is precisely that you have to pay to learn the secret.

Paying for something is very different than clicking on a video on the internet and getting the secret for free. I do agree that dvds should contain original material.

If some people want to make a business out of it is their own problem. I created many of this performances and other I just change the way they are & yet I am not here complaining to people not to take my ideas to make their own money out of it.
