@awspuppets you use corrugated plastic?! Oh perfect! Would you recommend it for large full bodied costume puppets or 1/4 plywood? I need something stiff, not wobbly or easily bendable, and something lightweight. Please reply back!
@ViamReviews Oh man I am quite a novice. I've only been in the puppet game for half a year now so I'm not the best person to ask. I would assume it all depends on the structure. If you need heavy duty though I'd go with wood.

I never know where to find gasket rubber so I just use plastic for sale signs from the dollar store. I bet rubber would be better though.
