If you look carefully you can see where we dropped the D/G crankshaft onto No1 Air Compressor, it swung down and mangled the intake nozzles on top, nearly lost a 3rd there when the chainblock securing wire snapped. 15 ton chainblock also narrowly missed falling on the M/M and the whole crankshaft was left hanging on the hatch when the sling snapped when we were lifting it out.
Jesus this just brings back the nightmares, that fucking useless incinerator that you need to start with a molotov, stripping No2 D/G to the bones to remove the crankshaft (3 near fatalities) and purifiers that were lucky to last a week before exploding >:(
Looks like the "paint it till the problem goes away" mentaility is still going...
And they still haven't fixed the railing I nearly ripped off with the crane :D
