Do you have any idea why I can't create or reset a password! I've previously used transmit but forgot the password and can't find it and both Cyberduck and Transmit will not let me log on and I think the password is the problem! Hellllpp! Please!

hi i have a question. when i tried to ssh my ipod it failed many times. i put the user name is "root' and the password "alpine" it still failed. i watched your video and you got an account with them. how do i sign up an account with them. i hope to hear from you soon thanks
