  • A young lady died in an avalanche at the bird today. Really shocking. It was in bounds too. Mt. Baldy. They had just opened that terrain today. It had only been open for three hours. This is going to be a very dangerous season for avalanches.

  • Yeah man i was up there the same day, it happened as i was going down the canyon. so insane, you never hear of that at snowbird eh?

  • He died in Brighton not in avalanche (wolverine cicle) in one the chutes he hit rocks, RIP Billy. one of the best skiers SLC produce!!!

  • It was a beautiful day on the mountain, the sun was out and the backcountry untracked from the storm the day before. Watched the helo come take you away and then the clouds came in with darkness and sadness. I rode the edge of the cirque for the first time that day...never will forget it. Rest in Peace.
