I didn't have any problems with mine it played like its normal but I sold mine cdj 800 mk2 u probably why that I sold them I bought them for mistake sense I am a cdj fan but I really wanted the cdj 1000 mk3 but sense something new that came out the cdj 2000 Ima get that but is good for the club but also I am a musician.

The CDJ will eject the disc when update process is done. After that, just reboot the CDJ to complete the update.

for some reason i just spot an embossed Pioneer logo on the top left of your CDJ800mk2?
is that a different design?
