  • MICK GREEN!!!!!-say no more

  • Great rendition!!

  • Lonesome Dave AND Rod Price blew this s*#t off the map. This isn't even close. Peter Green and Fleetwood Mac did it better than that.

  • Have the CD that this is on. McCartney, Gilmour, & company covering a bunch of old '50s tune. Title: Run Devil Run for those interested. Fantastic!!!

  • much better than the old Foghat version

  • Ace band, Macca sounds the nuts!

  • DEEP BEATLE FLOYD!!! bad ass!! wow! made my boring monday night!!!

  • Ian Paice, Mick Green, David Gilmour, understood, but who is the singer?

  • Better Impossible

  • wow....dream band...wow

  • For my gold dubloon; Is it Pete Wingfield? If it is, please send it to Billy Gibbons. (not the one from ZZTop though, he's probably got loads of 'em, I'm the one from the UK, I need gold dubloons)

  • fuckin awesome

    paul from beatles

    ian from deep purple

gilmore from floyd... wow just wow.

  • i don't think these guys "get" what this song is supposed to be like

  • Timeless classic (tune) and done well by a now elder of RnR. Still love the old vesions from the rock primeval era with the Rock and Roll Trio (recording used session musicians, Grady Martin's fuzz tone guitar) or older one by Joe Turner?

  • Holy crap! is that Ozzy on drums?

  • Foghat owns this song.

  • Is paul wearing a rug ? lol

  • @atomicplayboy4u No. He does not need a rug. Great band and great old rock song. Wow!

  • @jimidee33 Dumbass ! I didnt say he needs one ! I sarcasticly asked... is he wearing a rug ! LOL

  • @atomicplayboy4u Missed the sarcasm. I never name call on youtube or anywhere in cyberspace. Easy to do on the net, huh?

  • @jimidee33 No problem :) Maybe you dont but you sure love to throw around the snooty tude ! LOL

  • McCartney with a member of fucking DEEP PURPLE and Pink Floyd? Now that is the coolest thing ever! IAN PAICE, on the drumkit, YES!

  • Thx for posting...Legends...

  • And this is a liverpudlian, not a scouser!

  • Just listened to Johnny Burnette, think he may have the edge on everyone!

  • Good, but listen to Jerry Lee Lewis`s carabou version, also Screaming Lord Sutch.

  • or further back to johnny burnette

  • Awesome!! Thanks...p.s. more like the fleet

    wood mac version

  • Nobody does this song like Foghat!

  • This is good fun - Good ole Paul ! Thank for the upload, MadJohnEscapes.

  • Song starts at 1:05

  • Fuck write on the titles that there is also a certain Mr David Gilmore... maybe some of you had heard of... :D

  • Rockin Johnny Burnette! Would have loved if Macca had done the Albert Collins song!

  • @thailow117 Just right!!!

  • Forget about all the other wankers - Mick Green is the man ! Pioneered simultaneous lead + rhythm guitar ! Who was Wilko's hero ? Well, it wasn't Hendrix !

  • David Gilmour and Paul McCartney, my idols (Y)

  • OMFG. Gilmore, Paice, and McCarney.... DEATH METAL!!!!! \m/

  • this is a great performance, thanks for sharing.

  • . The reason for my post above, is Mick Green. I had not heard of him before I saw him on the TAMI show (he was a very new member of the Dakotas at that point) the other day, and he was the highlight of the British acts. Subtle, precise and gutsy with the chords. How many UK guitar geniuses had the last name Green?? Wow. I'm sorry as I learn of his ability and involved in the arts, and I find he has passed away? Very sorry. Rest in Freedom.

  • I was watching the new DVD issue of the DEC 1964 USA tv program music special, "the T.a.m.i show" I see Brian Epstein put Billy J.Kramer, Dakotas, and Gerry with his pacemakers, through the paces on the show. Is there any reason why he didn't package the Beatles with this? They could have dropped Leslie Gore and Jan n' Dean for more space for even Little Richards, Buck Owens with the Beatles. Anyways..pt 2 next post sorry ran out of space.

  • It is hard to believe he is close to seventy, 68. He can still sing rock.

  • Sadly the legeng that is Mick Green passed away in January. He will be sorely missed but clips like this will hopefully inspire the next generation. Pleasure to have known you Mick!

  • Geriant Watkins on keys

  • Mick Green - how the hell did this UK guitar giant drift off the radar when the likes of tabloid useful Eric bloody Clapton stayed up there? Shameful. Theres something seriously wrong with popular 'taste' in this country. Too many undiscerning sheep.

RIP Mick Green - at least Macca knew!

  • Mick Green was the guitarist for Johnny Kidd & the Pirates, (Shakin' All Over)....a great r'n'r guitarist......if you like Dr. Feelgood.

  • I really like Paul.....but you need to leave this one to Foghat.

  • Ian Paice= class !!

  • the great english trinity !

  • Mick Green rocks

  • Ian Paice as well

  • David Gilmour too

  • Foghat did this really well

  • jeremy spencer from FM sang this really well too :)

  • cool ian paice :o

  • Gilmour and Wingfield seem more like extras for the rest of the lineup ;) (in this particular performance)

  • 2:19 is Mick Green of the Pirates laying it down like nobody else can.....world's greatest guitarist bar none.

  • what year is???

  • I think its 1999

  • okey

  • pete wingfield's on the keyboard.
