It´s a xylophone ... but I´m not sure if it´s created with a synthesizer or the accustic instrument ... to all who are saying that Hans Zimmer has taken the theme from Carl Orrfs "Gassenhauer" ... yes, but he did it with the intention of writing an homage, so it´s not stolen ... just a new interpretation ;)
