Would have been top 12 with a bigger and better guard. The girls and guys in that guard performed their asses off but were just too damned small to make a difference general effect-wise. Troopers 2008, my favorite show of the year!

You have to give these guys props they are coming from a state that dci is probably unheard of and they put a good show on the field top 12 corp anytime soon prob not but still really good.

ya my cousin marches with them and they said that the troopers werent very competitive and even were disbanded about for years ago for a year so since they have started up again it will take a few years for them to develope a good rep

correct. . .The Troopers took the 2006 season off for restructuring, and came back better than ever. 2008 marked their first time back in semi-finals since 1995!

actually, as much as we complain about Wyoming during the season the state gives us so much support. And thanks to the Troopers, drum corps is nowhere near unheard of in the state.

I believe that 1994 was the first year that they let men march in their guard.. Troopers were actually the first corps in the activity to let girls march. Jim Jones as far as I understand it wanted his daughter to be able to march.. I was one of the men in the guard from 1999-2001 before I moved to the Cavaliers. Troop taught me a lot about life

I marched contra/tuba from 2002 until I aged out in 2005, I really enjoyed it there. I'm very glad for the Troop. And like some I haven't got to see them yet. I'm going to order the quarterfinals DVD when it comes out. HLD

I went to DCI Monday.....and out of the 3 bands i got to see, untill it started thundering and lighting like a bitch, i liked the troopers the most....They just had a fun show and i loved it lol

I marched soprano in the Troopers in 1984. This year my 16 yr old son is in the trumpet line. I am very proud of him and of the Corps. This is the best The Troopers have looked and sounded in many years. GO TROOP!
