I have the Thunder AC680 battery charger...what type of balance connector does it have?...I would like to purchase LiPo batteries with compatible balance connectors...How do I know if the balance connectors are the align style, or the Thunder Power style, or the PolyQuest/PolyRC, or others? Could you tell me what type of balance connectors come with specific brand LiPo batteries? Please let me know. Your info. would be greatly appreciated.
what head speed are you running if your getting about 5mins full 3D? cause dad just picked me up one of these in hong kong for xmas and i just needa get batteries! whats the best balance of power/weight and floght times!
i would have to fly 2 of those blue lipos to get the flight times that i get out of 1 2650mah 45C 6cell ThunderPower. im still NOT SOLD on any other batteries yet.
nice way to avoid showing the maximum amount of time on those batteries.. try making a video where nothing goes wrong so you can actually see how long the batteries last. Seems like that tail boom malfunction was intended to be a distraction so that you can't see how long the battery lasts.
@XHELIBIGT Pardon?... You get over 5 minutes with a Trex 550 using a 3300mah pack doing 3d? I get 4 minutes using 5000mah Thunderpower 65c packs... actually 3 minutes now as I'm still breaking in the packs.
im glad you made this vid. i just built my t rex 550 and i bought 2blue lipos 6s 5000's. im still waiting for my transmitter to come in from my local shop .
@pstarxxx78 the 5000 are okay batteries it just flyes a bit sluggish since they are heave and your gunna need to run the bigger blades for 5000. the 3300 and 3800 is perfect it pops nice its light and i get 5:30 of full hard 3d.
@XHELIBIGT I think I was first on YouTube to do it, but I love seeing others use the idea, I think it's a good one. See "Double Horse 9098" and "You Need a Gyro" they both show the controller in the corner. I might request that if you shoot from the side, rotate the controller video so we view it at a more natural style, or have the camera person shoot over the shoulder. This is a very nice video and really great flying. You make it look easy! :-) And we all know better!
and what mean the "#C" 20c 25c 30c etc etc ???
nolbertrsx 1 day ago
@nolbertrsx discharge rating of the battery. higher "C" more amps. So a 5000mah battery that is 20C should be able to deliver 100 amps.

@edwarda333 Antonio painted them himself.

Flight Time was 2:10 (not 3:30min), you should have measured voltage at end of flight otherwise this video is meaningless..................

Good flight, battery seems to crank out some wattage, Where did you get those shades?

Higher the c the faster it discharge. Lower the c longer you're flight will be.
