  • I applaud you for your attention to this issue. It is really a window to the new direction Ethiopian primary education is heading. I heard about Plasma TV w/in schools but I had no idea how extensively they were used.

    Did you find plasma tv utilized more in one area than others? and what kind of improvements would you suggest to make the utilization of plasma TV more effective?
