@creativereasons100....I have 4 orange Xigmatek case fans that provide pretty decent airflow. Living in Florida, My system is probably slightly warmer than most but still pretty decent. My ambient room temp is 85C at the moment, and the system is running at:
CPU = 40C
MB = 34C
Graphics Card = 50C
The only thing I've noticed that runs more on the warm side is the graphics card when it gets pushed to its max. I've seen it hit 70C....when it's fan is at 50%. Performance never degrades however.
hey i have that samsung syncmaster p2350, i am assuming that is the monitor you are using. when i play games and things move really fast or colors change extremely fast, i get like color tearing where i get a weird effect of color transition if things move fast. do you get this at all?
@cottage6room4 Nope, sorry to say I've never had a problem with any tearing of any sort, or any graphical problems. It's worked out pretty well on everything I've tried.
Try the things below if you haven't already, it might help?
1. Make sure your monitor's response time is set to "fastest" in the onscreen menu.
2. Try turning on vertical sync in the menu of whatever game you're playing. This will help prevent tearing.
Thanks... The blue LEDs are built into the ram sticks and light up faster according to how hard the ram is working. They come in a few different colors, go to newegg.com and lookup "crucial ballistix tracer" and you can see the different types and colors... So far the ram is awesome, very nice to overclock as well, I def recommend them!
This is still decent by todays standards and I would LOVE to have it. Still... time for an upgrade :)
