  • Sorry, I missed the bit where he answered the question.

    Oh wait, he didn't.

  • But in fact this war has no winner. Turks should know that PKK is not just touseands teenagers. Recently millions pro-PKK demonstrated in Turkey. There is more than 25000,000 pro-PKK in Tureky. How this country can survive with such a inner conflict, and how they want to concur with the other lands economicaly and so on. Without peace, freedom and democracy you can never develope. Let kurds speek and write in their own language!

  • The existence of PKK in Turkey says too much.

PKKs ppl are thousends teenager and many of them are girls. So ask yourself why these ppl have taken a gun and live in mountains? Because they have not a better live in Turkey.

They have to choose between living in mountains and waiting to be killed one they by the turkish army or live in Turkey under opress, poverty and very organized discrimination. So its tukish goverments brutality that have created PKK. Violence creats violence!

  • This question remains troubling for the United States, Europe, Turkey, Iraq, Iran and Syria for a long time. I partially agree with Mr. McCormack's statement on looking at the issue as one between Turkey and Iraq; yet the likelihood of Iraq remaining unitary is questionable. I think this is becoming an issue where Turkey and the United States find it increasingly useful to interact with Erbil and Sulaymania, rather than Baghdad.

  • the problem in turkey is not the PKK, the problem is the kurdish issue which turkey denies the exisetence of kurds in turkey for the last 85 years, PPK exist for the last 30 years, the generals/army/deep state keeping turkey out of democracy in order to keep their role & influence on political areana in turkey, because if turkey becomes true democracy the above will lose their role& thats why they keep inciting wars& nationalisim, they know sooner or later the kurds will get what belong 2 them

  • How can you deny the existance of Kurds, while 40-50% of the Turkish parliament consists of people originated from the region?

Turkey has a problem with seperatist terrorists. I have no problems with my Kurdish brothers. We've been studying together at the University, we've been serving in the same army.

  • You are joking my brother. There is kurds in Turkey and in the turkish parliment BUT if they speek kurdish and if they speek about kurds rights so they are terrotists and they gonna have the same destiny as Layla Zana! Or may be worth, they die in a car accident or be kidnapped by very organized and unknowen terrorsit?! group and after a while you will finde thier dead bodies.

  • I wonder how it is possible to deny that Kurds does exist.

Can US deny that there are Afro-Americans in US?!

  • I wounder why you compare US with Turkey and kurds with Afro-americans????????

I see no similarties between US and Turkey!

  • You didn't answer the question.

Maybe you didn't get it at first trial:

How can Turkey deny the existance of Kurds?

And you skipped another question that I previously asked:

I said, already 40-50% of the Turkish parliament consists of congressman coming from the region and known to have Kurdish roots (Actual number might be even more than that). So, what do these congressman do in the parliament? Are they there to play backgammon?

Turkey is a democratic country already, the proofs are there

  • the problem in turkey is not the PKK, the problem is the kurdish issue which turkey denies the exisetence of kurds in turkey for the last 85 years, PPK exist for the last 30 years, the generals/army/deep state keeping turkey out of democracy in order to keep their role & influence on political areana in turkey, because if turkey becomes true democracy the above will lose their role& thats why they keep inciting wars& nationalisim, they know sooner or later the kurds will get what belong 2 them

  • sorry! i send the comment before it was ready.

What i want to say is that ppk asked many times to cease-fire and asked to negotiate with Turkey but turkish govement says they do not negotiate with terrorists. It has always been their answer. Can you call a party terrorist while they want to negoriate but the other part(Turkey) do not accept the peaceful way to solve the problems.

By the way as i know PKK do not attack civilians because they are a part of those kurdish ppl in Turkey.

  • What IS "the problems" you are talking about? What does PKK want from Turkey, that is.

  • There have been many false propaganda about the PKK that scattered by Turkey.

I hope that western coutries specially USA investigate PKK one more time.

PKK fights for kurds humanrights in Turkey.

Thats right they fight with their guns but they have ceasefire
