At Walmart I used 20 colgate coupons and the clerk ask me what i was doing with these products... After getting alot more items using coupons i went to the supervisor of cashiers i told her the question the clerk ask me then i told her it's none of her business what i do with the products once i take them out of the store. She agreed and i hope she sent a e-mail out to cashiers.

couponing two months?! mad skills. tell your wife the first time is ALWAYS a shell shock but from now on you'll know what to do. it has gotten to the point that i just get the name of the cashier, leave, and call corporate. most of the stores are at least 12-15 miles from me so i tell them i expect to be compensated to make the return trip, so far it has happened once and i got a gift card in the mail.
@CentSnatcher Thanks. That's crazy that you live so far from any Walmart. Yeah, we came to the same conclusion and are carrying the coupon policy next time we go. I plan on calling corporate again because I've still not received a call from the store manager..
then when I went home I was like you I just kept thinking about it and was more and more upset about how they treated me, their tone, their facial expressions, body language, everything. My second time them telling me know when I knew I was right was different I spoke up but as you saw and experianced your self they back eachother up.. You just gotta roll with their punches I guess Its never gonna stop.. Keep up the great couponing!

Ok now you call corporate again, tell them your problem again because you will most likely talk to a different person, They will go up the chain of command if the shift manager does nothing ( the one who you talked to on the phone I bet ) then they go to the store manager and if nothing from them they go above them and so on.. I wouldnt stop until I got someone on the phone from that store that gave a crap! Tell your wife not to be upset at you, My first time them telling me no I was like ok..
Btw..my issue was..my q werent scanning so the cashier called over the supervisor which looked over the q and said since it was saying there was no item to match the q i couldnt use it..i said well then void the items so she took it out and voided it..i said heller?? If you have to void the item then OBVIOUSLY i purchased it..right?!! She was like but the computer says you didnt..at that point i weeped for human race!!
@wahinepaddler4 That's crazy. I had one of the nicest ladies help me at Walmart one time. She was super cool and was even happy that my subtotal shrank to less than half. My bad experience was the complete opposite. I think the cashiers have had bad couponer experiences and never let go.
When i had an issue with WM I emailed WM and you have to identify your store..the next day the manager called me and i told her the issue....she offered me monetary resolution but I refused saying that i just want her employees trained correctly..period..
I personally hates Walmart but have a copy of the store policy handy, and corporate number ready. I had to stand at Walmart and call Corp, but trust me it's worth it because like Priscilla said we had to learn their store policy, so why can't they train there employee to understand their policy and coupons. They make other people look at you like you're stealing their products. In reality they sometimes pay us just to take them out. Anyway the store apologize to me and gave me $25 gc, good luck!
