  • If you were to hover that low to a noticably uneven surface, would it cause problems?

  • @Afrocanuk it actually is more stable on grassy / dirt type areas than it is on smooth, for example in a tennis court it has major issues, but at the park with grass its perfect, again please understand that this position mode is only good and accurate up to around 6 foot in height, after that it goes into balance mode

  • i just recently purchased a flymentor 3d by kds and trying to get the drivers to install is like pulling teeth so far i havent had any luck getting my computer to see the device hope i dint waste my money

  • @Revthedog09 if you go onto RCGroups.com and search there you will see some info I have posted on how it is done

  • @Revthedog09 Hi mate I got it right. This is for all the people and all the hundreds of forums written about this issue this is the real way to do it don't ask me why I am not a programmer I stumbled upon it by accident if you make a video pls mention my name. go Control Panel then click on System,Hardware,Device Manager,Ports,KDS link line NOTE:If the COM port in brackets is not set to (COM1). Double click on it then Port settings then Advanced. Change it to COM1 this is the problem my pleasure

  • Flymentor ist schon was feines!

Wenn jemand Interesse an einem Flymentor hat, ich hätte noch 2 abzugeben.

    Also schreibt mich einfach an.

    Mein Youtube Accountname ist kezibus.

  • Whats the fun of this?

  • Stability for a learner, stability when using it for FPV or AP, assistance in flipping a heli and keeping it level, assiting in take of and landing. those are just some of the things I can think of at the moment, its much more fun to take off without damage that would be more fun that a beginner taking off and crashing. umm I dont know there could be more reasons it would be fun

  • @Gourvelos another reason is flying with an expensive scale fuselage i need one my rotors are constantly slicing through the tail boom of my fuse due to heavy landing this will help give a more stable landing thus saving me money :)

  • so if im flying and i get a little out of control will this system correct a mistake if im say 50 feet high?

  • You know, that flys exactly like my Blade MSR, without the expense of any electronic gizmo. Just an offset flybar and some mixing built into the Rx.

And Blades SR, a larger, full collective version will be available that will do the same thing.

But THIS device would be perfect for large, SCALE helis where smooth, stable and SAFE flying is desirable.

  • Please help when you put the ((Flymentor 3D)) you just took the package and put it in his helicopter and had to set up?

For it to work properly! I await a response that will be of great help for me to buy one and thank you.

  • can we swap the CCD lense with the 640 x 480 AVI spycam one? =D

    nice demo thanks

  • Just ordered one of these for my Dad's Copter X. Hopefully it'll stop him repeatedly smashing it up until he gets the hang of single rotor helis.

  • maybe he needs an EPP heli? lol

    j/k

  • Look Mum, No Hands...........

    Well Done Mr Reed.
