@dudeundude I ride an '06 ttr125, and it's a GREAT 4-str. bike from Yamaha. I'm 14 as well. Just starting to get a bit small, but not really. If you wanna bike that would fit now, get a 125, but at the same time, look for a 150 because it will fit soon.
