i love all those Kicks!!! = beautifully done. A poomse for the younger black belts under the age of 45. Though this is not a 'standard KUK-KI-WON form. We also have beautiful TULS (POOMSES) of the Chang Hon School of General Choi Hong Hi, the Creator of KOREAN ITF Tae Kwon Do. The names of the black belt poomses at this school is MOON MOO, EU-IAM, JUCHE are good too.
This poomsae and its counterpart for younger people, are the new international poomsae. If you go to another country and dont know what poomsae they do in tournament there, these two are the poomsae you can do without worry for they are excepted all around the world.

This is a new poomsae created by the collaboration of WTF, KTA, and Kukkiwon TKDists. It is called Hanryu, it is intended for adults 40+
