the way you play 2 player is when you go to the pause menu in the battle chose the person the 2d player wants to be then press the start button and their you go

Go 2 Tech, then go to were it says manual, Semi-auto, and atou, then choose Manual. Its only useful if you have more than 1 controler. You can go up to 4 people. Also, you can do this to get Colette's Self-Centered title, and Genis' Dependent Title.
