I NEED HELP. when i am trying to add an objext everything comes upside down or face first and i cant rotate it the way i want. for example when im going to add a car the car is always with the bumber looking down and i cant put it on the tires and the houses the roof is looking down at the ground and everything starts going trough the terrain and i cant rotate em i need help pls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cant see the *tools* and the *file-option-help etc* thing on the top left corner..It suddenly disapear and I cant work anymore..

you need to place out spawn points and bas markers and stuff like that. it's in the first folder up to the left in PC (multiplayer)

if im right it also says what validations you didn't pass, if you place more then 10 or 15 explosives you dont pass or to mutch boats etc you also wont pass.

I don't think that BBFC should have rated it an 18. It's pretty much just as violent as mercenaries, I don't see much of a difference, exepet the fact this is a much better game.

Every time I see it I think the map editor for PC looks so much more sophisticated then the map editor for the 360 that and having all the windows open and seeing the objects, is a lot nicer then reading the names and guessing what the object looks like (on the 360).

Note: if you are buying this (which everyone should) try to get it for PC or buy it for a console and download the map (editor for free somewhere) for your PC the map editor on PC is WAY easier and better then the 360 and PS3 versions. Also note that if your getting this for multiplayer dont the campaign is the big thing in Far Cry 2( so buy it for what you like ... mouse and keyboard shooter or analog and trigger shooter) just remember map editor for the PC version seems to be a lot easier.

Ah. I see were you got the confusion from. They are spawnpoints indeed. I have to give it to the ubisoft team, they really made an amazingly simple map editor. I can only hope many mappers will really put alot of effort into making their maps good. This editor can really help reducing the amount of bad maps. Innevitable, in the end, it's still all in the hands of he who maps.
