  • Ha! That's what I thought. Thank you for the video!

  • Dude... Are you reading this or something? (Watch his eyes)

  • Thanks man

  • i have involuntary popping sounds in my left shoulder and arm, the hole arm is also much looser than the right, it almost feels like i have an extra joint. do you know what can cause this?

  • GREAT INFO!!! I HAD POPPING JOINTS FROM INACTIVITY!! I STARTED TO EXERCISE AGAIN!!

  • @JCHONDA2NR Hi,

I saw your comment about popping joints on a video about a year ago and wanted to follow up. I had a back injury about 6 months ago which prevented me from staying active (lifting weights, working out, running, etc) and about 2 weeks ago, my joints started to pop. is it from inactivity? im guessing so but wanted to see what you thought. did your "popping joints" go away after you resumed working out? hope to hear back from you. thanks!

  • @afwon it actually was from stress and muscle tightness and inactivity thanks for the follow up, it went away because the muscles that hold the ligaments tight arnt actively working, so the ligaments just adjusts aroud the bone. Now that im working out i feel waaaaaaayy better. I hope you get better and sorry to hear about the injury, but it just takes time and a little YOGA, you must try!! I think this also happens with age too. Get well soon. Remember no pain nothing to worry about.

  • @JCHONDA2NR what was popping for you? I feel like its my entire body and it just started 2 weeks ago. so frustrating. should i be worried? anddddd .... about 3 days ago, my collar bone/shoulder area started to crack whenever i wake up in the morning. i have to take both my hands and put it behind my back and shrug my shoulder down to "pop" and i get a little bit of release when i do it. kinda feels better doing it but im worried.

  • @afwon the pop is the adjusting of ligaments but you should not worry if there is no pain, it just might be your muscles are all tensed up and what you have to to do is just alot of stretching yoga and light exercise deep breaths get the blood flowing. Stay away from stress too. What i also did was take fish oil pills and daily vitamins too it helped a lot. You will get better!!! Just try not to think too much about it, it will take a couple of months to see improvements.

  • @JCHONDA2NR what about your collar bone? I wake up in the mornings and have to put my hands behind my back and shrug my shoulders down and i hear a pop which kinda gives me a release but its sore. am i sleeping wrong? this just started not too long ago. and im 24

  • thanks yo
