Then, just hit hm with Black Firebomb and hes done :)

Let me tell you this as a Dark Souls player who had never played Demon's Souls prior thus making this game more difficult.....you such ass at this and have no right giving tips on one of the easiest god damn bosses in the game. How about giving tips on bosses that actually are challenging and stop showing old glitches and exploits (that have been patched for christ sake) and actually give useful information? I defeated this guy in under a minute (Probably down to luck). As soon as I saw the Demon appear, I immediately ran back to the tower and climbed. I then dropped and stabbed him. I then ran to the other end of the bridge whilst he chased me. I ran into the space between the wall and stairs on the right hand side. Then; I ran back following the wall, but as I was close to him, he jumped backwards and fell off the edge and died. It might be luck, but I hope this trick might help everyone out.

Ok if you dont want to be a coward or a douch like this guy, you just walk up to the boss get right in his face 2hand your weapon and get slashed in while either roll dodging his attaks or simple walking inbetween its legs the moment it attacks. using pyromancy sorceries and or miracles makes any fight not only easy but takes all the fun away off playing this game. also my advise for anyone looking for a GOOD guide. check Epicnamebro´s playthrough. it shows you how to play like a boss! xD
Here's some better advice for you people. Kill the archers, run back once you spawn the boss, climb up and use a item you get from a chest on your way toward the boss through the Undead Burg (it electrifies your weapon) climb the ladder and use that item real quick, set it in the same slot as your flask and then drop attack him with your weapon and then run to the other side of the bridge and run back and repeat the process.
how the fuck does the poster survive those hits? even after grinding a bit i still get 1 hit ko'd by him. is there some other area i should have been to before trying on the taurus?
@lachohimself I don't know if it'll work for you, but I accidentally found a glitch - I lured him to the entrance point, stood between his legs and hacked away - for some reason, he took the hits 3/4 the way down his health bar, then I ran away to the other side of the bridge and used black fire bombs to finish him.

@hawk0050984 Hes using the trash he got from the undeads in the area. also for anyone who would like to do this boss like a boss simple watch his move pattern and everytime he makes a move you simple dodge backwards run towards the boss get a few swings in and take some distance again. pyromancy and spells make this game way to easy. especialy with the new patch. up close and personal is the only way to roll! :D

all you rilly need to do is just buy about 20 fire bombs from the undead merchant (male) neer the bonfire in the undead burg,on the right side from were you exit the bonfire area, theirs 3 armored zombies and 1 armored zombie crossbow man. then their will be a walkway with 2 undead soldirs (spear) and left of were you start the fight agenst them is a line of crates about 2 wide. just roll into them and go straight after you hit the bottom of the stairs, and the merchent is their. then just spam
If u have played this game before and come to the part after Quelaag this boss is a breeze when u replay it :P I fended of 4 or 5 of these at once since I maniacly ran into those whom are standing where u fight the Ceaseless Discharge x)

Why carry a shield if you dont use it? You're slower and do less dmg.
All of his attacks are dodgeable and blockable, stand in his ass wait for an attack and try to dodge > hit > hit > repeat. If you fail 2 dodges block his next 2 attacks and use 2 pots right after and start over again. if you want to do it the safe/slow way, block all his attacks and counter it. You'll be a lot more satisfied after you defeat him.

When doing the jump strategy, try to lead him across a bit more than half the bridge before you start running toward the tower. If he's too close to the ladder while you're making a break for it he can hit you with the club while you're climbing.

@ed1rko17 several enemies drop that its not strong for strong look up the "drake sword" it has 200 damage and its a little bit after the taurus demon get atleast 35 arrows lvl up your dexterity to 12 shoot the red dragon on his tail spike under the bridge where he breathes fire.
@ed1rko17 also later on its not the best weapon anymore since your strength will be stuck at 200 which is what its attack number is my other weapons strength go u7p to 370 though the atk number isnt also make elemental weapons when you have the chance whenever you meet the fire blacksmith make a fire greatsword its really good and make a divine weapon too.
The plunging attack is great, but if you find yourself stuck on the ground, just roll between his legs. Don't try going around him. Just stay right beneath him and keep rolling between his legs, then attacking once he's left himself open.

Thing is that I actually got past the dragon my first try, I died though.
I just can't seem to get past the dragon for the second time. He doesnt kill the enemies on the bridge and I get instantly killed when approaching the middle of the bridge because of its firebreath
@Rickokun Run along the right side of the bridge and you will see some stairs that go down. Go down those stairs and continue through the doorway ahead of you. Don't run though because this doorway leads to the room with the bonfire and the stairs that goes down is broken. Kick the ladder to your left to create a nice shortcut.
And make sure to get the Drake Sword from the red dragon by shooting about 30 arrows in his tail.
Just a hint for everybody. The taurus demon can jump up to the top of the ladder. Found it out yesterday. So DO NOT wait to long at the ledge at the top of the ladder.

not gonna lie, being a sorc/mage helped big time on this boss, never got touched and wrecked him easily lol. All I did was blast him to hell with soul arrows and backed up/rolled out when needed.
This game is a LOT harder than Demons souls. For one the camera doesn't co-operate if you don't have a lock on on enemy. You tend to get hit on the back 90% of the time. The firebomb enemies keep pestering you and the other baddies gang up on you. This is right at the beginning of the game. The huge skeletal warriors are a bitch to kill along with pretty much anyone else. One or two hits and they rape you. I've been repeating the area before Taurus demon almost 6 hours now and I was good in DS.
When you back him up away from the ladder and where you can drop on him, just go running past him on the side that's more open. He can't really hit you when you pass by that close and then you can set up another instance where you drop down on his head to deal massive damage.

I've been playing the game since launch, I've logged 40+ Hrs and still haven't managed to kill this guy. I love the game, but it's seriously hard and to be honest I am starting to get a little bored.
Me and my friend killed it with 12 or so firebombs. I climbed up the ladder and and killed the skeletons and then lured the demon. I climbed the ladder again whilst locking on to him. Then I hit him with 2 firebombs and as he jumps up you should jump down. Climb up the ladder while he jumps down and repeat. Really easy way to beat him for all classes.
K I've been looking everywhere how do you do a plunge attack. I've tried falling off and hitting both the right trigger and right bumper but it doesn't work. Someone please help
Climb up the ladder, throw flame bombs on it, when it jump up, go down the ladder, so it will jump down, and you, go up, throw more bombs on it, and after throw 11 or 12 bombs, at the cost of 550 or 600 souls, and without suffer any damage, you can kill this Donkey, err, Taurus Demon, naked and unarmed if you want.

@Rickokun Run along the right side of the bridge and you will see some stairs that go down. Go down those stairs and continue through the doorway ahead of you. Don't run though because this doorway leads to the room with the bonfire and the stairs that goes down is broken. Kick the ladder to your left to create a nice shortcut.
And make sure to get the Drake Sword from the red dragon by shooting about 30 arrows in his tail.

Just a hint for everybody. The taurus demon can jump up to the top of the ladder. Found it out yesterday. So DO NOT wait to long at the ledge at the top of the ladder.

not gonna lie, being a sorc/mage helped big time on this boss, never got touched and wrecked him easily lol. All I did was blast him to hell with soul arrows and backed up/rolled out when needed.

This game is a LOT harder than Demons souls. For one the camera doesn't co-operate if you don't have a lock on on enemy. You tend to get hit on the back 90% of the time. The firebomb enemies keep pestering you and the other baddies gang up on you. This is right at the beginning of the game. The huge skeletal warriors are a bitch to kill along with pretty much anyone else. One or two hits and they rape you. I've been repeating the area before Taurus demon almost 6 hours now and I was good in DS.

When you back him up away from the ladder and where you can drop on him, just go running past him on the side that's more open. He can't really hit you when you pass by that close and then you can set up another instance where you drop down on his head to deal massive damage.

@bzeljn A bit yes, with every "answer" being an insult topped with name calling, what's the point? I was naive to expect to get intelligent comments on YouTube. (As for the matter itself:) My controller ran out of battery and the game did not pause or throw me out of the game, like it does when network disconnects (which is why I just play on offline mode). Lost bunch of souls, no biggie.

You don't want to be doing co-op and then the host just decides to pause until he's ready.

Me and my friend killed it with 12 or so firebombs. I climbed up the ladder and and killed the skeletons and then lured the demon. I climbed the ladder again whilst locking on to him. Then I hit him with 2 firebombs and as he jumps up you should jump down. Climb up the ladder while he jumps down and repeat. Really easy way to beat him for all classes.

There is another way easiest than this:
Climb up the ladder, throw flame bombs on it, when it jump up, go down the ladder, so it will jump down, and you, go up, throw more bombs on it, and after throw 11 or 12 bombs, at the cost of 550 or 600 souls, and without suffer any damage, you can kill this Donkey, err, Taurus Demon, naked and unarmed if you want.
