this sounds good for those with gout that can't touch purine foods. Eggs are a complete protein food, rich in lecithin, B12, and if they are from pasture fed chickens, they would be an excellent source of omega 3. Those who are vegetarian could follow this, and those allergic to dairy. Don't eggs constipate? Maybe not if cooked with butter.
@Catherine8raw Normally not if you cook them right (eg. don't remove egg white or egg yolks, preferably hard-boiled). The key is eating enough fat. Don't eat too much protein. And don't overcook. But really, if you eat enough fat there's nothing to worry about.
Eggs might cause constipation for people with a sensivity to it, though.
IM gonna tell you the truth, I eat enough eggs to feed a small country, and my cholesterol level is great. I love eggs, and with this Low Carb Bread from Julian Bakery (learned of here on this chanel) I can have egg sandwiches!!!!! So yeah eggs love em!!!!
Eggs are outstanding. They used to give me some trouble before I dropped the carbs. Now that I don't have wheat slicing my guts to shreds, I can eat as many as I want!
interesting, i think I might give it a try too, of course, only free range eggs, not sure if I would get board with eggs, but then again, there are many ways to cook them.
nice one...

@maryposa1978 Just eat without eggs for a long time, you'll probably lose the allergy. I lost most of my allergy to mold.
