One i've learned is that they make that sound as they press their eyes upwards. It is said it trains your third eye or someting. And the other thing i've heard in a vid from a "Guru" is that they make that sound cause thats the vibration the sun makes. And that kinda got me going... hmmmm. Interesting. :)
