i don't advise this for people of color, even people with olive skin, if works best on pale white skin. in the beginning stages it would look great but afterwards, like a year later, you'll see dark pigmented (darkening of the skin)....not good. more advisable with be dermabrasion, yes, more downtime but better results down the line for skin that have color. if you do this procedure or the other, i recommend using retin-a .05% two weeks prior with hydroquinone to prevent negative skin issues

here in costa rica in the best hospital we have it costs around $150 to have a laser peeling done in yr face... now i know why so many people come here to get plastic surgery.. i mean.. a boob job costs $2000 with excellent results and thats on hospitals and certyfied clinics not those black market kind of places u see in the papers..

What are the after effects? Does your face have a red irritated look? If so, how long before your face completely heals after each treatment? I just want to know, if I can go outside if I get this treatment done.

lol you cannot go outside after youget this treatment done...well depends on how deep it goes i couldnt go outside for 5-6 days my face was bloody, right after i got it done my face was bleeding and afterwords i had dried blood on my face. it all depends on how deep the laser goes. but it is WORTH IT i am so happy with the results

i think I paid around 1000 dollars. There was a dramatic difference afterwards. The scars were not as deep, and the red marks i had left from my acne are almost gone. just remember the deeper they go the more results you will see, if you do not go as deep then you have to go more times.

just make sure if you have acne that it has gone away completely. my acne was gone for good and i was clear for over a year, but after the procedure they said i had to wear suncreen for the next six months. i started wearing suncreen all the time and now my acne has come back, and they are leaving red marks on my cheecks. i wish i never wore suncreen. i stopped and i wear hats outside or use an umbrella. its best to get it done in the winter

Dont listen to this guy. If they were that good and doing that great they wouldn't need to advertise on here. Anyhow, they guy is trying to make you feel guilty for not having it done with his "is your face worth it" line. It will not remove the scars and you may only see a slight improvement. Go to your gp to get the best advice on what to do. It's a hell of alot of money and there is no cure no magic wand. If you are really feeling that bad about your skin try getting some psychological help

this laser does create a bit of pin point bleeding. which is actualy a good thing for the healing process. this patient was very pleased with the results from his first treatments.
