Dude, that's AMAZING I wish I could get 1tb one for school, I am going to school to become a Surgeon :) I can't afford them tho :( And could really use one esp for my laptop and to back up my files and to put the files on to make the computer faster without loading it with powerpoints pdf and word documents. all these companies (apple included) could get away with soo many bullshit technicalities if they wanted.. example; on the packaging it says a 250gb HD can fit 110 movies, well they could capitalize on smaller filed movies as my Ipod Classic (120gb) has 140 movies on it. Its nothing illegal they would be doing, but in a way they are kind of under-selling themselves

i got the same thing too cause i needed to back up all of my stuff from my ps3 HD in order to transfer it into a new 320gb HD i replaced on my ps3. its really great and $70 is a good deal

Hey there I have a WD passport similar to yours also...I had mine for about 2 years now and now its isn't working....It seems to work it opens up the file but then it stop responding or somwthing like that do you or anyone know and way to fix this problems I have many music and videos that I need and its just not working for some reason...

yes you can watch about 30 hours of HD movies non-stop but it does get a little harm but not to much so don't get scared. i love it and i do recommend it.

you never get full 250 or any other size they give less space because it need to read the size usb and other soft were

I just grabbed one of these on sale from NewEgg for $69.99 including shipping. That's $30 less than the store and around $10 less than other online retailers.

It's a really nice external hard drive and it's very small. The best feature, for me, is that it's powered entirely by a USB port and there's no need for a bulky A/C adapter.
