I cracked the code peeps! Nobody recognized her because it was shortly before a CD signing, which probably means they had the store closed prior to her arrival, thus no crowds surrounding her, and the employees were most likely told "don't be all wild near Mrs. Osment". So yah, she's not a dead-beat for those jerks saying so, and she's amazing!
