As far as a toe to toe all out brawl with fists I'd have to say the Hulk. But in a death match Thor all the way. All Thor would have to do is create a tornado and while the Hulk is spinning helplessly in the tornado zap him non stop with lightning till he is a crisp then the finale would be to get the tornado to f5 level and bash the Hulk a thousand times against the side of a granite cliff wall and then bring the hammer down on his head with about 30 ton psi to make jelly out of Hulks head.

Then the 2nd part of the movie where Bruce Banner was abducted by Loki and forced the Enchantress to separate the Hulk's soul from banner's body, which in turn caused massive destruction to Asgard and no matter how thor bashes hulk with lot's and lot's of thunderbolts...Hulk gets angrier = Hulk gets Stronger....And yeah...HULK WINS!!!!

Thor would beat the Hulk and i'm pretty sure he did in the movie marvel released but i can't remember. but i think Thor could win because even though he has Godly strength, so does the Hulk. but Thor has powerful magic that he could use to keep the Hulk at a distance for most of the battle. the only projectiles the Hulk has at his disposal are cars, stones, telephone poles, etc. but i'll bet my money on Thor's lightning bolt with the 50 foot radius to disintegrate any Hulk throws.

According to the Marvel Universe storylines, Asgardians are actually alien beings that age much slower than humans. So...Thor is techically not a god in the Marvel Universe. That being said, IMO: I think, after an incredibly destructive battle, Thor would come away as the victor. Beaten, tired and desperate to escape a crushing Hulk bear hug, Thor would throw Mjolnir and simply place his hands on Hulk's face. No force in existence can keep Mjolnir from returning, crushing Hulk's head.

I've always been a fan of mythology, mainly Greek mythology, but recently I wrote a research paper on Thor using mostly Marvel Comics' version (which was accepted by my teacher), and I speculated in that paper that Thor would come out on top against Hulk, especially in a storm. Hulk has to become exasperated at one point because he is a mortal while Thor has a near-infinite stamina because of being the Son of Odin. Mijolnir, in my opinion, is just a more accurate way to channel his powers.

After more research, I gave proof that Thor is also a near-perfect hand-to-hand combat specialist as well, Mijolnir is just a way to channel his elemental powers. I really don't mind this game. I bought it when it was $40 and don't necessarily regret it. I don't think it's as bad as other people have said. What's disappointing is that it isn't a PS3 quality game. If you play it and look at it as a late PS2 game, it is fun to play.
