I ordered a $54.00 t-shirt. They claim 48 hour turnaround and after 7 business days (11 days total), called customer service and they said their is a problem. I asked what the problem was and they said they didn't know and they would e-mail production to find out. 1st, I had to call to find out there was a problem. Secondly, customer service didn't know there was a problem. So, they apparently have no note taking system and they can't communicate with production unless it is thru email. BS!

If you set up a shop on spreadshirt is it completely free?? Do you have to pay for any of the designs? (I'm not referring to purchasing my own designs, I mean other ppl buying my stuff :)

@georgecfc590 yes, it's free. as soon as someone orders, we keep our base price (= t-shirt, printing & shipping) and pay you the commission you have added to the end customer's price.

depending on your design we use "plot printing" (which is high durable foil) and we ship within 48hrs max.

no difference - if you buy from someones store you never deal with them directly - spreadshirt still make and ship the shirt in the same way - the sgop owner just takes their set commision for deisgning and promoting the shirt design that you buy!
