I'm incredivly healthy! My only problem is that I drink way too many energy drinks! I had three today and After the second one, i felt a bit hyper. One doesn't energize me anymore. Also Gatorade isn't as good for you as you think.

yeh but Gatorade has no caffeine so it is no good for gaming. i just drink loads of monster and water other wise you get a headache. but yeh don't get Gatorade or powerade of anything like that cause it is only sugar, no caffeine and sugar releases short burst of energy witch is absolutely terrible for gaming. you can't hold a streak at 5 in the morning without caffeine

Ive been drinking 2-3 red bulls a day for over 2 years now. Dont even get energy from them anymore. I think I drink them now cause im addicted. I do get irregular heart beats a lot.

I drink one per day. I drank one at a death metal show, and went in the mosh pit and my heart started pumping too fast, so I dropped to the floor on purpose to rest. You just have to drink them responsibly, and no exercise right after you chug it.

one of the best super energy fixes is rock star and a 5 hour energy shot. That way you get the regular Energy drink energy, plus the high dose of vitamin B from the 5 hour shot. May want to pick a lower caffeine content RStar since the shot has some of that to.

Well, I say drinking what you drink is alright with me but HEALTHY energy drinks well there is only one brand. Viatiminenergy by glacue not sure if i spelt it right but they are they maker of viatimin water. Anywho it only contains enough caffeine and a natural caffeine not the synthetic, the type found in 1 glass of coffee. and has natural viatimins that support energy not like sugar gaurana and synthetic caffeine hope this helps. Bad thing it doesnt taste the best.

I drink a lot of Coca Cola and i don't feel sick or anything but i also keep my diet healthy and having a healthy diet is a big part of gaming but coke lowered a lot of artificial colors and preservatives in there drinks but i drink like between 1-3 cans a day.
