@coolevna yeah, when people tell others they quit, then there are always those people who lie in wait for their relapse, then there are those who bring smoking to the forefront of their minds all the time . a good example is a do gooder who asks everyday "how is the quitting going" ? yeah that really helps and gets ya thinking about it again ! so, if you don't tell anyone then they don't have any ammo to use against you !

@coolevna I agree! if you tell people then u have that unnecessary pressure on yourself making it worse. Then those times when u have said that you will quit in the past your friends/work colleagues say "you said that before" so you always feel like crap when u have failed. NEVER TELL ANYONE. It is different for everyone I know but in my experience best to keep shut.
