Everything gets on Macs nerves.He tunes out Sioned and can get away fast enough.When Tad-cu talked about sending them to South Africa for the honeymoon they had looks like the marriage wouldn't take place.Macs can barely manage I can't believe he would marry.

Iolo would have to be a complete idiot not to know what happened. Does he really need it spelled out to him at this point? All he has to do is look at how Macs is behaving and what has happened to figure it out. He's seen and heard enough to know.

@anthonydlangford Why do you keep blaming Iolo? How is he supposed to guess that Scott (whom you scolded everyone who thought he might be gay) would rape his brother? That's a big leap. It's not Iolo's fault the storyline is moving so slowly. Ease up.

@Elaiyel I think the way Iolo asked all those questions about whether Scott kissed Macs and him saying that he knows that something happened makes us assume he is putting two and two together...

@Sezbabe Iolo may be putting two and two together but I don't think he's actually reached four yet. That Scott is a rapist and that his brother Macs is a rape victim, let alone Scott's victim is calculus compared to what Iolo might suspect. I mean, how many male rape victims or any rape victims has Iolo ever known? I think we're expecting too much from Iolo given the facts he's been presented with.

@Elaiyel Yeh I agree that I don't think he would know what has happened to Macs, but as an audience it's frustrating because it seems like he knows all the information

@Sezbabe I think if Iolo knew what happened, he would advise Macs to go for counseling or therapy and perhaps even to the police so that they could apprehend Scott. This is why I don't think Iolo really knows what happened, and it is too egregious to consider. Macs is going to have to spell it out.

@Ingerztyle - you haven't missed an episode - it's just that people think that Iolo can jump froms Macs being VERY moody to Macs was raped and I think that is still quite a leap. I've had friends get moody in the past and I didn't think, 'maybe he's sick or worried about his job, or MAYBE HE WAS RAPED. DUH!

Thanks for the video :) I don't think it's been too long - it's been a natural process of Macs going through the aftermath of such a horrific ordeal. I hope he tells someone soon though because he needs to tell someone how he is really feeling

I understand the need for a slow pace in soap opera but this is annoying! Lolo needs a boyfriend. Macs needs a therapist. I started out thinking Sioned was shallow now I actually like her.

Actually it's only been over a month & a half since Scott set up Sioned and raped Macs. So, I don't feel that this initial aftermath is being dragged out "way too long".

The writers need to speed this thing up. This is dragging on too long. And how is it that the only person Macs confides in is someone who doesn't give a darn. It's time to move this story along and let the "cat out of the bag". Then we can focus on Macs getting help and the storyline moving along to deal with this all-important issue.

Macs and Sioned used to be so selfish and obnoxious,now they are the complete opposite.I agree Emily And Rhys have been really good with this s/l.Macs crying at his mum's grave the other day was so moving.

I think an article they did said something about it being a 9 week block of story, how long's it been going now? Plus in Hollyoaks, Luke's story, that must have been going for a while b4 he told his brother. Not that it matters as I do like how this is developing, and I do miss the characters when other storylines take focus for a while. I just hope things don't get as bad as people fear with Macs.
