Look over "50-inch-vertical[dot]com" - - I am around 5'6 and as a result following a few weeks of utilizing the workout program, I'm no more than 1/2 an inch off from dunking! I was skeptical at first! Prior to the training course, I weren't able to even feel the backboard! When you want to dunk, you have got to check it out .
