Why do people try to deflect blame away from the suspect "i.e. CRIMINAL", where it so deservedly belongs, and criticize the officers and their departments for trying to enforce the law and uphold their responsibilities. If anyone was endangering the public, it was the CRIMINAL who was FLEEING and breaking every traffic law on the books. I hope the POS received the maximum punishment allowed.

MEpianist, many small time police agencies have a hard time with prioritizing calls. They get such little action, so when something like this happens, they tend to overreact.

willing to kill 20 people to arrest a guy smoking a joint..good thing no one was in the parking lot whenthe car wrecked other wise they would have been killed..Ever hear of breaking it off for public safety?
