I think the reason for France getting no points from Monaco is due to the failure from Monaco's voting so the juries voted for Monaco instead

I'm happy that they made a change with the voting in 2006. However, i don't think that the voting in 2004 was that long.

@Aleksander0525 2004, 2005 was the longest ever voting in the Eurovision, thats why they had to change it so 1pt - 7pts were already on the board and the spokes person only ready 8pts,10pts and 12pts.
