its because youtube calculates the age of a video using a timestamp, if for some reason this is null it will be 0, the beginning of the unix epoch (jan 1st 1970), which was 42 years ago. :)

I saw this glitch ago a while ago. I'm subscribed to the white house's youtube channel, and I saw many times that videos they just upload showed on the stream as if they were uploaded 42 years ago. I thought it was insane and took screen shots of it. I freaked out.
