I seems to me that the music industry is cutting their own throats and that is why their stocks are bleeding out. If they would let the youtubers use their music, it is free advertising....once people hear a certain song (teaser) they are sure to wonder out and by the cd for their collection. If not then OH WELL! They would make enough off of what they sell, if they would only be smart about how to advertise for freeeee!!!

Warner Music Group is tanking in the Stock Market. Don't know what You Tube pays them, but they are not worth shit.

it kind of makes you wish there weren't any of these laws so we could make as many funny things as we wanted or use our favorite songs to accompany picture slideshows and whatnot. but there will always be people who abuse that.
